Cabin is part of the Forest Service, it is on leased land, no rentals and you must show proof of a primary residence. See supplement. 1. Fees listed are as follows: HOA fee: I inserted the annual water bill. It is usually around 400/yr based on usage. The other fee is the land lease with the National forest, also billed annually. 2. You can't rent these. No AirBnB 3. You don't own the land. 4. No financing. Cash only 5. There is no title to the property.
